This site is a static set of pages — most of it collects nothing at all. The only place we gather information directly is if you choose to reach out. Our contact form opens a pre-filled message in your own email client; the content you type (your name, email, and message) is sent to us the same way any email is, and we don't store it separately on this website.
If you participate in an Opinionnaire® survey we host, we collect the responses and any identifying information you choose to provide as part of that survey, for the purpose described at the time of collection.
Some pages load resources from third-party services — Google Fonts for typography, and embedded Vimeo video. These services may automatically log technical information like your IP address and browser type when their content loads, under their own privacy policies. We don't control that collection and don't receive that data ourselves.
Anything you send us is used only to respond to your inquiry, communicate about NDN's work, or process the survey or request you submitted. We do not sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
We share information only when necessary — for example, with a service provider who hosts our email or website — or when required by law. We don't otherwise pass your information to third parties.
We keep information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain reasonable business records, after which it's deleted or anonymized.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us directly.
